How do I receive a payment?

You can receive a payment in multiple ways:

• By using the ZiiBoard to invoice customers straight from your chats.

• By receiving payment through the app itself:

1. Tap the ‘New invoice’ button at the bottom of your homepage.

2. Enter the amount you would like to receive.

3. You can choose to add a note or simply press ‘share payment link’ once you’ve entered an amount.

4. Ziina will automatically generate a payment link that you can share on Whatsapp, Instagram, or any messaging app.

5. You can also copy the link to your clipboard to share however you please.

• By creating a QR code to receive a payment in person:

1. Press the QR code icon.

2. Show the QR code to a customer for them to scan.

3. Once the customer scans the QR code, a link will appear.

4. Ask them to tap the link.

5. They will be taken to a payment page on their phone’s browser where they can pay you with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, or Mastercard.
