We may need to change our fees from time to time. We’ll let you know in advance when we do.
You agree to pay the applicable fees disclosed to you when you create your Ziina personal Account or Ziina business Account. All balances and all fees, charges, and payments collected or paid through Ziina Services are denominated in UAE dirhams (AED).
Please note that Ziina will not be responsible for any fees, charges, taxes, or levies imposed by third parties. Customers will be responsible for being aware of and discharging all such fees, charges, taxes, and levies.
All fees shown below are subject to a standard 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). This VAT is applied to the fee, not to the entire volume of the transaction.
The fees described in this section apply to individuals who do not have the Ziina app and are sending payments to Ziina personal Accounts and Ziina business Accounts via ZiiLink.
