The ZiiBoard is a feature that allows you to instantly generate invoices in your chats through a custom Ziina keyboard.
Here’s how to set it up:

Click wallet balance.

Click set up keyboard (if you can’t see this option, go directly to your phone settings and search for keyboards).

Click keyboards.

Select Ziina keyboard and Allow full access.

Click Allow full access. Please note: “allow full access” isn’t as scary as it sounds. It doesn’t mean we can see everything you type on your keyboard, but what you input into the ZiiBoard only.

Exit both the Ziina app and your preferred messaging app (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, etc) then open both apps again.

Open WhatsApp (or any other messaging app) and click on the icon to change the keyboard.

Select “ZiiBoard - Ziina.”

Enter the amount you’d like to request.

Enter a note (optional).

Click on the black icon with a white arrow.

It should send a message including a payment link.

When your customer clicks on the link they’ll be taken to a page to pay directly with Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit, or credit card.
