For Monthly Plans:

No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions. We always charge a minimum of one month, so if you cancel during your billing period, you won't receive a refund for that month.

For Annual Plans:

You can cancel and receive a partial refund within 7 days of your initial subscription (grace period). Here's how it works:

  • We charge you for the first month at the full monthly rate (AED 100)

  • We refund the remaining balance from your annual payment

  • Example: Annual plan costs AED 996. If you cancel within 7 days, we charge AED 100 for the first month and refund AED 896.

After the 7-day grace period, no refunds are provided for annual subscriptions.

Automatic Processing:

All eligible refunds are processed automatically. You don't need to contact customer support—the refund will be credited to your Ziina wallet automatically after cancellation.
