You must start the activation through the Ziina app:

  1. Open the Ziina app

  2. Tap My Violet

  3. Select ClassPass and tap Open ClassPass

  4. On the ClassPass landing page, sign up or log in using the same email linked to your Ziina account

  5. Follow the instructions in the ClassPass app to complete your enrollment

This is how ClassPass verifies your eligibility and applies your 15 monthly credits automatically.
