To use Tap to Pay, your device must be running a supported operating system.

iOS

  • Tap to Pay requires iOS 18.2 or later

  • From January 27, the minimum required version will be iOS 18.3.1

  • Devices running earlier iOS versions may not support Tap to Pay

Android

  • Tap to Pay is supported on devices running Android 12 or above

If Tap to Pay isn’t working on your device, make sure your phone is updated to the latest operating system version supported by your device.
