Who’s eligible
New Deliveroo users can activate immediately. If you already have an active Deliveroo Plus Silver membership, you’ll need to cancel it first.
To cancel an existing Deliveroo Plus plan: open the Deliveroo app → go to your account → Subscriptions → cancel your current plan. Your existing plan will remain active until the end of its billing cycle. Once it expires, come back to the Ziina app to activate your Violet benefit.
How to activate
Open the Ziina app and tap My Violet
Select Deliveroo from the list of benefits
Tap Reveal Code and copy your code
Click on “Go to Deliveroo” to be redirected to Deliveroo to complete activation.
You must follow the instructions provided by Deliveroo in order to redeem the Benefit.
Your Deliveroo Plus Silver membership stays active every month as long as you remain an active Ziina Violet member.

The benefit is non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred
