How to activate

  1. Open the Ziina app and tap My Violet

  2. Select Bateel El’an from the list of benefits

  3. You’ll receive a QR code showing how many drinks you have remaining this month

  4. Show the QR code at any participating Bateel El’an store to redeem your drink

💡 You can save the QR code (your Ziina Pass) to your phone wallet for easy access.

Good to know

  • Maximum one drink per day — you cannot redeem multiple drinks in a single visit

  • Valid at all physical Bateel El’an stores in the UAE only — not valid for online orders, delivery, or third-party platforms

  • Unused drinks do not roll over — all 4 entitlements expire at the end of the month
