Where to find it: My Plan → Balance Boost in the Ziina app. This shows cashback earned this month, the breakdown per benefit, and your Payday date.
When you receive it: Cashback is credited to your Ziina wallet on your monthly Payday. Once available, you can spend it via your Ziina card or wallet, or cash it out (standard cash-out charges apply).
How to activate
Open the Ziina app and tap My Violet
Select Ounass from the list of benefits
Tap Go to Ounass
Add items to your cart and pay using your Ziina card at checkout
Cashback is processed automatically once your transaction is verified — no codes or manual steps needed.
