As a Ziina Violet member, you get up to 50 AED cashback per month on Washmen orders — covering laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe and bag cleaning.

How the cashback works

It’s a true 1:1 cashback — every dirham you spend on Washmen comes back to you, up to 50 AED per month.

Where to find it: My Plan → Balance Boost in the Ziina app.

When you receive it: Cashback is credited to your Ziina wallet on your monthly Payday. Once available, you can spend it via your Ziina card or wallet, or cash it out (standard cash-out charges apply).

What’s included

All services on the Washmen app are eligible: laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe and bag cleaning.

The only exclusion is orders placed under “The Finery” service category.

How to activate

1. Open the Ziina app and tap My Violet

2. Select Washmen from the list of benefits

3. Tap Go to Washmen

4. Add your items and pay using your Ziina card at checkout

Cashback is processed automatically once your transaction is verified.

Good to know

• You must pay with your Ziina card to be eligible

• “The Finery” orders are excluded from this benefit

• Unused cashback does not roll over to the next month

• The benefit cannot be exchanged or transferred
