Your bank reference number is visible directly in the app — you don't need to contact support to get it.

How to find it:

  1. Open the Ziina app

  2. Go to your transaction history

  3. Tap on the completed cash-out transaction

  4. The bank reference number is listed in the transaction card details

You can share this number with your bank if they need to trace or confirm the transfer.
