Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you joined unintentionally.
If Violet isn’t the right fit for you right now, you can downgrade at any time. You won’t be charged again next month, and you’ll continue to enjoy all Violet benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Annual plans
Annual plans include a 7-day grace period from the date you join Violet.
If you downgrade within this period:
The first month is charged at the full monthly rate (AED 100)
The remaining balance from your annual payment is refunded to your Ziina wallet
Example:
If the annual plan costs AED 996 and you downgrade within 7 days, AED 100 is charged and AED 896 is refunded.
After the 7-day grace period, annual plans are non-refundable.

My Plan → Manage → Downgrade to Ziina Lite
If you’re within the grace period of the annual plan and believe you’re eligible for a refund, please let us know so we can submit a refund request on your behalf.
