Why was my card declined when paying a split request?

Split Bill payments can only be made with a debit card or from your Ziina wallet. Credit cards aren't accepted, including through Apple Pay or Google Pay, and some debit cards are treated as credit cards by the bank and are declined too.

If you use Ziina, you can pay from your Ziina wallet instead.
