Removing a card

To remove a card from your Ziina wallet, please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the arrow next to the balance shown in your Ziina wallet

  2. Select Payment methods

  3. Tap Edit

  4. Choose the card you’d like to remove

Please note:

  • Your wallet must always have at least one card added

  • The remaining card must be a UAE-issued card for the removal to be completed successfully

Adding a new card

If you’d like to add a new card to your Ziina wallet:

  1. Tap Your wallet balance at the top of your home screen

  2. Select Payment methods

  3. Tap Add new card

  4. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC

Once completed, the card will be added to your wallet and ready to use.
