Ziina charges a 2.6% + 1 AED fee for payments received via payment links, QR codes or from other Ziina accounts and a 2.9% + 1 AED fee for website payments to your Ziina Business Account (VAT charges are applicable).
Please note that these transaction fees are also subject to a standard 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). This VAT is applied only to the transaction fee, not the entire amount you receive.

If you refer a business and they successfully register for a Ziina account, we’ll waive your fees off another 5,000 AED. When you successfully refer 3 businesses to Ziina, we’ll give you free processing on a bonus of 10,000 AED in addition to the 5,000 AED fee waiver for each successful referral.
