In order to proceed with phone number switching and gain access to your existing account using a new phone number, please provide:
1. The front and back of your Emirates ID
2. A selfie of you holding the ID
3. Old phone number linked to your Ziina account
4. New phone number that you want to link to your Ziina account
This information is required as per standard procedure and will allow us to proceed with switching the phone number for you as soon as possible.
