How do I initiate a bank transfer top-up?

Bank transfer top-ups are currently available for personal accounts only.

To initiate a top-up:

1. On your Ziina account, click on Top Up

2. Enter the amount you want to add

3. Select Bank Transfer as your top-up method

4. Click on Add a new bank account

5. Select Connect Bank

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process

Once completed, your bank transfer top-up will be initiated successfully.
