1. Open the transaction details of the order you’d like to refund.

  2. Select Refund (if the transaction is eligible).

  3. Confirm the refund.

Once confirmed, the full amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment method.

Important notes

  • Transaction fees from the original payment are not refunded.

  • Partial refunds and amount editing are not supported at this time.

  • Transactions created before 12 February 2026 will not display the refund option.

  • You must have the full original payment amount available in your balance to process the refund.
