My cash-out is completed but I haven't received it in my bank, what do I do?

If your cash-out shows as completed in Ziina but your bank hasn't credited the funds yet, follow these steps:

Step 1 — Check your bank reference number

1. Open the Ziina app

2. Tap on the completed cash-out transaction

3. Copy the bank reference number from the transaction card details

Step 2 — Contact your bank

Share the bank reference number with your bank and ask them to trace the transfer. Banks can sometimes take 1–2 additional business days to credit a received transfer, even after Ziina has sent it.

Step 3 — Contact Ziina support

If your bank confirms they have no record of the transfer at all, contact Ziina support
