Scammers may try to copy Ziina through fake websites, apps, ads, emails, messages, or social media accounts. This page is Ziina’s official source for verifying our website, app, social media accounts, email address, and support channels.
Before you click a link, share information, or reply to a message claiming to be from Ziina, compare it with the official details below.
Already shared your details, OTP, password, passcode, or money? Contact Ziina immediately through in-app chat or email us at [email protected]. Do not reply to the suspicious account, message, or email, and do not follow any more instructions from them.

Be careful with lookalike links, misspellings, extra words, or unfamiliar domain names.
App
Only download Ziina from the official app stores:
Do not download Ziina from unknown links, ads, messages, or websites.
Ziina may email you about your account, payments, support requests, or important updates.
Before replying or clicking any links, check the sender carefully. Be cautious with emails that use Ziina's name or logo but come from unusual domains, misspelled addresses, or personal email accounts. Keep in mind that a sender address can be faked, so when in doubt, don't rely on it.
Ziina will never ask you to share your OTP, password or PIN, full card details, or login details by email.
If you are unsure whether an email is really from Ziina, do not reply, click links, or open attachments. Open the Ziina app directly or contact us through our official support channels.

Ziina will never call or text you to ask for a code, password, PIN, full card details, or login details, and will never ask you to move money or install an app over the phone.
If you get a call or message like this, hang up or ignore it, then open the Ziina app or contact our official support channels to check.

Ziina will never ask for
Ziina will never ask you to share sensitive account information through WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media, phone calls, or suspicious links.
We will never ask for your:
- OTP or verification code
- Password
- Login details
- PIN or passcode
- Full card details
- CVV or expiry date
Ziina will also never ask you to:
- Move your money to a “safe account”
- Download an unknown app
- Give someone access to your device
- Click a suspicious link to “secure” or “verify” your account
If someone asks for any of these and claims to be Ziina, do not share the information. Report it to us.
What to report
Please report anything suspicious that claims to be Ziina, including:
- A fake website or lookalike link
- A fake social media account
- A suspicious ad using Ziina’s name or logo
- A WhatsApp, SMS, email, or call asking for personal information
- A fake app claiming to be Ziina
- Someone pretending to be Ziina support
- Any request for OTPs, passwords, PINs, login details, or card details
How to report something suspicious
If you see something suspicious:
- 1.Don't engage. No clicking links, sharing information, or replying.
- 2.Take a screenshot if you can.
- 3.
Include anything that helps us check it: the link, email address, phone number, social handle, screenshot, or the date and time you got it. Reporting fast helps us act fast, and protects other people from the same scam.
If you’ve already shared information
If you think you shared your OTP, password, card details, login details, or other sensitive information with a suspicious account, contact Ziina immediately through in-app chat or our official support channels.
If your card details may have been exposed, freeze your Ziina Card in the app.
You should also change any password, passcode, or login details that may have been exposed. Only do this through the Ziina app.
Do not continue the conversation with the suspicious account, email, message, or website.
