Your Wio card is one card that can spend from My Money or from Wio Credit. Wio classes that card as a credit card, whichever option you pick.
When you pay, Ziina is told the card type, not which option you selected. So the payment is declined even when the money comes from My Money.
You can top up from your connected bank account instead, including from your Wio account, or use a debit card from another bank.
