How long does it take to transfer funds from my Ziina wallet to bank account?

Cash-out processing times depend on the transaction amount:

• Under 25,000 AED: 2–3 business days
• 25,000 AED and above: 4–5 business days

Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. If your cash-out is submitted over a weekend or on a public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

​If your cash-out hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
1. Check the status in the app. Confirm that your cash-out shows as Completed. If it still shows as Pending or Processing, allow the standard processing time before taking further action.
2. Contact your bank. If the status is Completed, reach out to your bank and provide your transaction reference number — they can trace the transfer from their end.
3. Reach out to Ziina support. If your bank requires additional documentation, contact our support team and we'll provide it promptly.
